Pete Babashoff serves in both a Real Estate Sales and Management capacity, responsible for managing a portfolio of REO listings, both residential and commercial. His primary function is the setting up and daily management of the in house REO Department, listing and selling REO’S for several major lenders both local and out of state. He specializes in producing BPO’S, Market Analysis Reports, Strategy Reports, and negotiating offers and counter offers on REO listings with daily involvement in the design and marketing strategy used to market new REO listings. To date, he has listed, sold and closed over 30 REO properties for several major lenders which was in the most recent 12 months.
